If you’ve been around The Pilates Mom Studio for a while, you’ve probably heard me say it before—but this space was born out of my own personal journey through motherhood, movement, and rediscovering myself after having kids.

When I first started building The Pilates Mom Studio, it wasn’t just about creating a place to work out. It was about creating a space where women—especially moms—could reconnect with their bodies, rebuild confidence, and feel supported through every season of life.


💕 The Beginning: From Personal Struggle to Purpose

After my first pregnancy, I felt completely disconnected from my body. I was tired, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move again in a way that felt good, not punishing.

When I finally returned to Pilates, something shifted. It wasn’t just physical strength that came back—it was me.

That reconnection was so powerful that I wanted other women to feel it too. I knew I wasn’t the only mom craving a space that was realistic, encouraging, and rooted in self-compassion.

So, I started creating—one video, one program, one mom at a time.


🧘‍♀️ What I Wanted It to Be

I didn’t want The Pilates Mom Studio to feel like another “fitness app” or a quick-fix program. I wanted it to feel like a community.

A place where:

  • You could show up as you are—messy bun, baby spit-up, chaos and all.

  • Workouts were short, intentional, and designed for real mom-life schedules.

  • Progress was measured by strength, energy, and consistency—not perfection.

  • You felt seen, supported, and celebrated for every small win.

Because being a mom is already hard enough. Your workouts shouldn’t add to the pressure—they should help you breathe again.

Looking at The Pilates Mom Studio now, it’s grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

It’s not just a workout platform—it’s a full wellness community.
It’s accountability. It’s connection. It’s friendship.

Now, we have:
