Two words…. YACHT. ROCK. 🛥️🤘 If you've never heard of this genre of music, allow me to educate you today with some of the greatest hits. Creating this playlist felt like open-heart surgery. It was EXTREMELY difficult for me to select only 5 songs for this workout (hence this being Volume 1 ). I grew up with this kind of music on all the time so it felt fitting to create a workout based off of it. For those of you who may not know, Tyler is my Husband. He HATES yacht rock - hence the title of the workout &) I'm still holding on to hope that he'll come to his senses and warm up to it W. I hope you enjoy this workout as much as I do!
