UGGGGHHHHH how I miss my POP Babies!!!! For those of you who may know me from teaching in person in Colorado Springs, this workout is for you! I took the songs and some movements from your favorite tracks and incorporated them into my own format! I taught Pilates in CO for 6 years and the students I had will forever be unmatched. If you're here from that group of people, I miss the hell out of your face and I hope to see/talk to you soon! No equipment is required for this class. All you need is a little bit of rhythm (and maybe not even that 😂)
