Super Bowl '23 ♦️
What an ICONIC Super Bowl, amirighttt?? Rih Rih inspired me to create a Pilates class based on the setlist she did for this show. That's actually what sparked the creation of my formats and therefore this group! This was the first class I ever created using my own formats! It took forever to nail it (because I'm picky ), but when I did, I KNEW I had something special, something I wanted to share with everyone! This is a difficult class, but I promise, the beat of the music will carry you through. No equipment required!
